In 2013 Janee worked as Executive Producer on the multiple award-winning horror, mystery short Chlorine. A project that would help to ignite her enthusiasm for producing films.

Growing up in Los Angeles, Janee has been in or around the film and television industry her entire life. Many years spent in the meeting and event planning industry often had her directly working with studio executives and Hollywood stars. In fact, she helped develop the Special Events Division at Paramount Studios, with Michael Pearson and Linda Emmal.
It comes as no surprise to people close to her that she would be filling her days with producing films. Whether it is an eclectic and unique short, a groundbreaking documentary, or a thought-provoking movie, Janee wants to make a difference in film.
To be released in January 2021. The short follows a young couple in their mid 20's, Kenzie and Treyden, who get swept up in a whirlwind romance. Will their love be enough to keep them together? Starring Florence Howard as Kenzie, and Toby Sebastian as Treyden. Written and directed by the multi-award-winning filmmaker, James Hughes.
Currently in production and set to be released in April of 2021, with a very important message and a personal topic for her. The awareness and validation Janee hopes to spread, as someone who lives with TILT every day, is crucial for the patients and the medical community, who need to be prepared to properly treat them.

Janee is excited to be working with Director Ian Ebright, in the very beginning stages of what will be another powerful short from the filmmaker. Ian Ebright is the writer/director of the award-winning narrative short films The Devil Needs a Fix and From the Sky.
Pinwheel Horizon takes place on a distant planet, where three elite warriors approach their final confrontation as division sets in. Production is set to start in the fall of 2020.
The Sands Of Time
What is set to be another brilliant short from the writer/director James Hughes, The Sands Of Time is a story of love and time travel. Starring Hugh Ross, Abigail McKern, and Tessa Bonham Jones. The film is currently in post-production and is set to be released in the UK in summer of 2020.
